Special Forces Task Force safely back home from Afghanistan

A hundred of 2nd Task Force soldiers, who returned from a six-month deployment in Afghan province of Nangarhar in June, gathered together with their family members at their home town Prostejov Community Centre to receive awards for excellent service, from highest representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff.

Two recent operations in Wardak lasted twenty two days

"OMID" and "HONEY BADGER", two search and patrol operations successfully carried out by soldiers of the 4th Czech OMLT unit in Wardak with their Afghan and American colleagues, took 22 days in total.

A new Chief of the General Staff introduced at the Armed Forces Day

Czech CASA crews at EATT 2012 in Spain

Czech CASA C-295M with two crews from 24th Air Transportation Base at Prague-Kbely participated in the European Air Transport Training 2012 held in Spanish Zaragoza on 4th to 15th June 2012.
